The registration fee for a single participant is USD 100/- (or equivalent) in any acceptable foreign currency. Post-graduate student participants will have a reduced fee of USD 50/- (or equivalent). Participants should pay the registration fee on the first day of the conference proper. Payment covers all conference material, lunches, coffee breaks and the conference banquet. Participants have to pay for accommodation, (food is not included in the conference package), telephone calls and other personal expenditure. Participation in the excursion is free. Please fill in the enclosed registration form and send it, preferably online as an e-mail attachment, to the Conference Secretariat (tcyclone@squ.edu.om) as soon as possible. As February and March in Oman is the peak tourist season and hotels are in great demand, early booking is necessary. Kindly note the deadlines specified. As the Conference site is some distance from the city of Muscat, it is highly recommended that participants stay at either of the designated Conference hotels.
