Undergraduate Programs:

  
   
The Department of Natural Resource Economics (NRE) offers the Bachelor degree courses covering several fields of economics and are directly applied to Omani agriculture, food and fisheries. Course topics include: Economic theory; Agriculture and natural resource economics; Marketing, econometrics and statistics; Farm and business management; Agricultural extension; and Price analysis and computer literacy.

 

All student must meet the University (18 Credits), College (38 Credits) and Departmental (37 Credits) requirements before taking the specialization courses. Students also have to select Credits from the departmental Elective Courses.
