Department of Food Science and NutritionUndergraduate Programs:
The FSN department offers the Bachelor degree programs with specialization either in Food Science or Human Nutrition/Dietetics. All student must meet the University (18 Credits), College (38 Credits) and Departmental (37 Credits) requirements before taking the specialization courses. Students may select 27-30 Credits from the departmental Elective Courses in Food Science or Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
